this is all approximated because I just eyeballed it.
Approx 9oz vegan semisweet chocolate chips
Approx 9oz seedless raspberry jam
Approx 1/3 cup vegan milk (I used fat free vanilla)
Splash of vanilla extract
Tablespoon vegan butter/margarine
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
In a small saucepan deal wisk together the soymilk and cornstarch with the heat off. After all the lumps are gone turn the heat on to medium-low and add the butter. Once that is melted add the chocolate chips, jam, and vanilla and stir over medium heat until everything is melted. It takes a little work to get the jam all dissolved, just be patient.
Whatever you use it for, it's yummy and chocolatey. :0)
