Tofu Stirfry

If anyone's looking for a tofu stirfry, here's what I had for lunch today.

Tofu Mushroom Snowpea Stirfry (Mmm... protein!)

Ever since I heard how good for you mushrooms are (because of their selenium) I've been trying really hard to eat more of them. I love oysters, chanterelles, and shiitakes. In this dish, it's gotta be shiitakes (I've tried about 4 different types of mushrooms and shiitakes are what makes the whole stirfry work).

I can't wait til the early June, when I can get them from the Farmer's Market, with fresh picked sugarsnap peas.
