Stir fry and fruit salad

The tofu was marinaded in black bean sauce, then cooked in a skillet with leeks and olive oil. Meanwhile, I stir fried broccoli, carrots, red peppers and purple cabbage in water and spices. Yum. I just love colorful food! Dessert was mango, blood orange and grapefruit sprinkled with shredded coconut.
