- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 29 ounce can peach slices in syrup
- 1/2 stick margarine or a couple tablespoons of vegan butter
Grease 9x13 casserole dish. Combine cake mix with fruit and pour into dish. Slice the margarine into little pats and dot them along the top of the batter. (It doesn't have to cover every inch).
Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 1 hour.
You could also make this with chocolate cake mix and cherry pie filling, or white cake mix with blueberry pie filling. You don't have to ice this, these suckers are sweet enough.
