1 can (black) lentils
2 medium tomatoes, diced
a bit of chili powder
more than a bit of curry powder
black pepper to taste
dump in enough couscous to soak up all the liquid and then put some more liquid in
cover and cook for about 10 minutes. then eat!
Today when I reheat I'm going to add some spinach so it steams it a little. Yum!
