I sort of adapted this one from a recipe I found on VegWeb. It's WAY WAY easy, and I've been having it for breakfast almost every day. I heat it up then mix it around with trader joe's o's.

i hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
1 cup silken tofu
1/2 cup sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

That's the basic recipe, but you can add whatever you want. I usually make about 2 or 3 cups at a time and then I heat it up in the microwave for about a minute on half power and mix in cheerios or fruit in the morning for breakfast.

You can practically ANYTHING you want to this - it's SO versatile. You can also use regular tofu and add 1/4 cup of water for each cup of tofu, or until you get the consistency you want. Today, I took out the cinnamon and added a teaspoon of peanut butter, a table spoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, and a little bit more sweetener to make a chocolate-peanut-butterish version.
