chocolate covered pretzels

i made this last night to curb a craving of chocolate that was threatening to take over the world. i wish my camera worked, because they looked sooooo good, like little chocolate lollipops! anyway, easiest snack ever:

ingredients:
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup (or so) soy milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
lots and lots of pretzels

directions:
put the chocolate chips and soy milk in a double boiler, turn the burner to medium and stir your little heart out while it melts. when it's thick and creamy and smooth, take it off the burner and stir in the peanut butter. it will melt from the heat of the warm chocolate. dunk the pretzels in this and either refridgerate or eat right away if your cravings can't wait.
