Miso and rice dish

What could this creation be called?..

6 cups of water
2 cups sliced white mushrooms
2 stalks green onions, chopped
2 cups shredded spinach
1 can of corn
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup mellow white miso paste
2 cups jasmine rice
salt and pepper to taste

What to do!

Boil the water. Slice the mushrooms and chop the onions and shred the spinach (i piled up the leaves and just snipped them with scissors). Once the water is boiling, toss in the soy sauce, veggies, and corn. Let it boil for a few minutes while everything gets soft. Then put the miso paste in a bowl and spoon some of the hot water onto it to dissolve the paste. Add it back to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and toss in the rice. Turn down the heat to medium-low and simmer everything (covered) until the rice absorbs all the liquid. Then eat it all up cause it's good tasting and good for you!
