I'm after some suggestions for yummy healthy snacks to get me through the day and keep me concentrating in class. Usually I bring a handful of cashews/almonds and some dried fruit like apricots or figs. I also bring cut up veges like red peppers and carrot. They keep me going, but I'm starting to get a bit bored of the same thing everyday. I don't mind spending a bit of time preparing/making/baking things or trying new ingredients. I just checked out the memories but couldn't really find anything that suited me. So any ideas are greatly appreciated! It has to be something that I can eat on the run too - I don't really want to be dipping things and stuff like that!
