A few nights ago I made stroganoff, it was so good! I browned some Gimme Lean in a little olive oil, then added diced portabella , soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic and onion powder. I also put in some frozen mixed organic veggies. After it simmered for a while, I stirred in some Toffutti Better Than Sour Cream and served it over rice. It was really rich and the leftovers were good for lunch, too!
