Cheese Pizza!

I got a boxed mix for pizza dough (Wanda's Rosemary Basil Pizza Crust Mix) at the co-op near my house and thought I'd try it out. It was a bit drier than I expected (I might have not mixed it right.. I'm horrible at doughs) but it was still really tasty! Just followed the directions on the box, spread out the dough on the pan, and smeared garlic butter over it. I made that by mixing about 1-2 teaspoons of garlic powder with 3 tablespoons of Smart Balance Light. It ended up being too much, but I saved the rest for my next pizza. After it was smeared on the dough, I piled on Vegan Gourmet Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese and baked it for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. It was wonderful!! I've never been a fan of a lot of pizza sauces, so the garlic butter was perfect. Try it! You won't be disappointed! Unless you hate garlic. xoxo.
