1/2 teaspoon olive oil (more if you please, my boyfriend prefers it with about 1 T.. different strokes for different folks as they say)
handful or so of basil, chopped up
1 clove garlic, crushed
5 shittake mushroom caps, cut up
1 1/2 T soy sauce
1 cup cooked rice
Let olive oil heat up, add the basil and mushrooms, let brown up for about half a minute. Add the garlic and 1 T soy sauce, a little before they're brown enough for your liking. Once they are, add the cooked rice and the 1/2 T of soy sauce, and let cook off.
EAT. It's delicious.
