since i got home from school in early may, my face has been FREAKING OUT like NEVER BEFORE. i don't know what the deal is. i've tried everything, from changing my facewash regimen to eliminating makeup completely, but nothing is working. i was wondering if anyone had any recipes for knew of any foods reputed to be good for the complexion (ingested or otherwise)? i've read a lot about yogurt being good for skin, but will soy yogurt have the same effects? has this ever happened to anyone else? help? please?
oh, and uh, sorry if that was tmi. but i'm getting a bit obsessive over the state of my face.
