½ cup crumbled silken tofu (about half a mori-nu container. I used soft tofu, but i've done it with firm before)
2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs onions
1 Tbs nutritional yeast
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp each: thyme, sage, rosemary, fennel
¼ tsp salt
1 Tbs water (only use this if you're using extra firm/firm tofu)
Throw everything in the blender. Blenderize.
Chill for at least 20 minutes.
I usually throw it on top of medium shell pasta with some thawed frozen peas, I put it in pasta salad once. it's a great savory dressing without garlic.
