Vegan "Funny Cake"

I just found out that this certain cake my mom has been making since way before
I was born is vegan. So here's the recipe:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking SODA
2 tsp vinegar
2/3 cup oil
2 cups water (cold)
Put flour, baking soda, sugar, cocoa, and salt in a bowl. Make 3 holes in
mixture. Put vanilla, vinegar, and oil in separate holes. Pour in cold water.
Mix by hand. Spread in pan.

The frosting recipe that went along with it wasn't vegan, so I veganized it.

3 TBS cocoa
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 TBS soy milk
3 TBS margarine
1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
Mix and spread on warm cake.

I've eaten this cake many, many times, and it is really good.
