Tahini Miso Pizza
o Lemon juice
o Kale, chopped
o Sundried tomatoes, diced
o Pizza dough of choice
o Red onion, sliced
Mix some tahini with miso and a little lemon juice and water until of spreadable consistency. Let sit.
Saute mushrooms, garlic, kale and sundried tomatoes (soak and drain tomatoes first).
Roll out pizza dough of your choice, spread with thin layer of tahini sauce, top with veggies, and drizzle with more tahini sauce. Top with sliced red onions. Bake at 450F/230C for 15-20 min, until crust is baked.
-- The tahini miso sauce is my new favorite mock cheese sauce. I think it tastes better than nutritional yeast cheese sauces. In the future I'm gonna drizzle this on pasta and spread it on toast...tastes like welsh rarebit!
