salsa pasta salad

last night i made some salsa, and this morning i had a stroke of genius and added bowtie pasta to it and now it is marinating in the fridge for lunch. i tried some and it was really tastey.
here's how I made the salsa:
3 ripe plum tomatoes, diced
1 orange pepper, diced
1 stalk of celery, diced
1 cup or more fresh coriander, chopped
throw the above into a medium sized bowl and toss in:
juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fig balsamic vinegar (or any other kind would be fine i suppose)
2 tiny chile peppers (i'm not actually sure if that's what they're called, mine were green and about… 1.5cm long and 0.8cm thick)
1 tsp sea salt, or more to taste
fresh cracked pepper
(i think all of that filled almost 2 cups- a round ziploc tub container)

yesterday i had about 5 or 6 tbsps of the salsa on toast for lunch, i put in about… 1,1/2 cup of bowtie pasta into the rest of the salsa. i can't wait to eat it. unfortunately i don't have my camera with me so there is no picture, but you'll have to take my word that it's pretty and colourful!
