Does anyone have a favourite recipe for baked tofu? I don't know what exactly I have in mind.
I often marinade extra-firm tofu in a tamari/garlic type marinade and then fry it, but I'd like something a little less ... oily and heavy. I've tried recipes for "crispy" tofu (with cornmeal) that really didn't turn out very well at all, and neither did some "fish" sticks (but then I've never liked fish anyway ...)
Anyway, I'm interested to hear how you prepare your tofu!
