I've made an effort to try something even though I probably won't be able to taste a thing! Instead of using up all the fruit my mum got me by eating it and risking a very messy bedroom floor. I thought "Hey! why not trick my stomach!?"
And thats just what I did!
What else could be better for the flu? Except maybe not having it....
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup fresh orange juice (adjust this accordingly depending on how thick you want it)
1 thick slice pineapple (cut into small chunks)
You could also add soy milk to thicken it instead of banana, I prefer bananas because they give a slight sweetness!
Now BLEND!! =D
I didn't see the pineapple in the fridge until after I'd taken the photos, hence its not being there :p
