I love Indian food, and when I go to restuarants the veggies are always in a thick, spiceful sauce. However, when I made an Indian dish, it didn't have a sauce, and looking at other Indian recipes, I don't see sauces either.
So my questions are what do you use for sauce? Do most Indian recipes have sauce or are the spices just applied dry?
It's so confusing!!
