banana cream.... my new crack.

-2 bananas, frozen
-1/2 cup or so of soy milk
-splash vanilla, dash cinnamon

blend together in a food processor until mostly creamy. (i didn't toally puree mine, so there were little hunks of frozen banana to suprise amidst the creaminess.)

the closest thing to ice cream i've had in a couple of years, tofutti cuties aside.

Sausage-courgette rollups

New recipe on my website - Sausage-Courgette Rollups.

(A courgette is a zucchini, for those that speak USian rather than British - actually, is "zucchini" the correct singular form?)

It uses "Sosmix", a dried "sausage"-type mix. I'm not sure how widely this is available outside the UK. If anyone knows where other than the UK it's easy to find - or offer any good (vegan of course) substitute brands - then it would be great if you could mention them here so I can suggest them on the site. Thanks! (Please read the recipe before offering substitutes, though.)
