the best goddamn tofu scrambler ever:

1 lb block extra firm tofu, crumbled (if you use the pre-packaged kind, rinse under cold water for a couple minutes before crumbling)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3 - 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/8 teaspoon ground mustard powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/2 Tablespoon salt
1/2 Tablespoon ground black pepper
fresh or dried, to taste:
rosemary
parsely
cilantro
oregano
thyme

Place all ingredients in skillet. Cook on medium heat, stirring well, for about ten minutes.
