(no subject)

I have discovered my most favouritest way of eating my daily dose of flaxseed is to eat a spoonful, then immediately eat some plain nori seaweed. :)

The oil takes away some of the dryness of the plain seaweed. And the seaweed disguises any bitter aftertaste but leaves a smooth, nutty, YUMMY taste! The flavours complement each other well too. Superb.

I bought a can of "Tuno" at Whole Foods a few weeks ago, but I'm not sure what to do with it. I'd rather not have tun(o) salad sandwiches...

What do people do with tuna, anyway?

hi. new and in need!

I've decided to go straight up fruits and veggies for at least a week and a half, trying to stay away from oils and sugars (including soymilk), and I need some ideas... Any help you can offer would be great!

I've gotten so inspired and excited that I ended up creating a community (maybe a little excessive but so it goes!) for anyone who's remotely interested in this "sub-branch" of veganism.

Take a peek/join/comment!

Now that I have a little bit of time, I'd really love to start reading about this and experimenting and sharing so I'm hoping this'll be a collective laboratory of sorts. Any takers?

Oh, and as a side note, I've also been interested/experimenting with fasting (as a cleansing and as a raising of awareness). I've been dabbling a bit but if anyone wants to contribute to this community with this subject, I'd love to hear thoughts.
