Dehydrated, frozen wheat gluten

I just purchased a block of frozen dehydrated wheat gluten, but there are no instructions on the package on how to prepare it! Should I thaw it first? Put it into boiling water to thaw and rehydrate? I have lots of recipes calling for wheat gluten, but I need to know how to prepare it from this stage. Thank you!

Baker's One Bowl Brownies

I hope someone is familiar with this recipe. I've tried substituting for the eggs in it twice, once with Ener-G and the other time with some other sort of starch (tapioca I believe). Both times it was a huge failure - the margarine separated from the recipe, bubbled and burned on top of the rest of the batter. What I ended up with was a disgusting, inedible mess. Help! Here's the recipe:

3/4 c butter (I use Earth Balance)
4 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate
2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 c flour

Preheat oven to 350F. Melt chocolate and butter. Add sugar, then eggs and vanilla. Finally, add flour. Pour into foil-lined glass baking dish. Bake approx. 35 minutes.

Should I try applesauce? Some other replacer? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Green chilies

Does anyone have an idea for what I could do with a bunch of green chilies? I have many of them, and they are too spicy to have in any large quantity (I put only two in my chili the other day). Maybe I could pickle them somehow, in the same way jalapeno peppers are?

Help! Too many chilies to handle.
