sesame bars

I was in Wisconsin last week, and these were all over the place, and very delicious. We don't seem to have anything of the sort here in Pennsyltucky, so I'm going to attempt to make them. From the ingredients listed on the back, they are about 1/2 sesame seeds, 1/4 brown rice syrup, and 1/4 molasses. I'm assuming they should be baked, anyone have any ideas on this?

I made this without a recipe, so I'll do my best to remember the quantities of the ingredients. It's really fresh and clean tasting, and you can easily adjust the ingredients according to your own taste buds!

Carrot Soup

Hello! I'm new to lj, and I'm thrilled to find this community. You are all so inspiring! There's a lot of good ideas here. May I add another?

Soup is so delicious on cold, rainy days. Last week, I improvised the best carrot soup ever. I had no idea what I was doing, and it turned out perfect. I'll be making it again tonight. Here ya go:
