wonton wrappers to make ravioli or tortelini

I've been making the pasta dough for ravioli or tortelini from hand, which is really difficult UNTIL my lovely mother found that wonton wrappers are little squares of the same dough. Just put a dollop of filling on the centre of one sheet, wet the edges and fold into either ravioli pillows or tortelini! Make sure u seal well and chuck in boiling water for about 3 min!

Vegan Godiva Chocolate cake

This is the most rich, fattening, chocolatey cake ever.
My ex was a chef at a four star restaurant, which will not be named (unless you really want to know), and he showed me once how to make a gooey, yum, cake called "Godiva Cake". I call 'em G cakes.
