How long can Tofutti Creamy Smooth (Original & the one with Herbs) last open, in the fridge? I have never really bought it (except to use in recipes and then I use all of it at once), cus it costs 10 us dollars here in Denmark. But today I felt egotistical enough to spend 10 dollars on something I don’t need, and I don’t want to have to throw out half of it, if it only lasts X days and I forget to eat it.

I tried looking in the FAQ, but I couldn't find the answer to my question. So...

What egg replacer do you most recommend for cookie recipes? I know I have the enerG replacer in the house, but when I bake bread with it, it causes the bread to be much more dense and not rise quite as well. I imagine that effect would be pretty catastrophic in a cookie recipe. So, any suggestions would be most welcome. Thank you!

Favorite BBQ sauce?

I see a handful of recommendations in the memories, but I guess I want more more more!

What's your favorite brand of BBQ sauce? Preferably off the shelf, but I'd entertain recipes too.

As a bribe, when I get one I like I'll post my reproduction of Pizza Luce's (Minneapolis, US) BBQ Mock Duck pizza (tragically, I see from their web site just now that they don't seem to carry this anymore, so this is really quite a deal I'm offering), which sounds bizarre but is truly delicious and makes me sad that it's so far away from me.
