McDonalds food cravings (ew I know!) and ideas for wontons and LAMINGTONS??

For eight years now I have had a huge craving for McDonalds Fillet o fish buger. y'know, the one with crumbed fish, a cheese single and some tartare sauce on a bun. Has anyone any great ideas on how I can make something like this? Also Im aussie, and we dont have 'fake fish' anywhere i know of.
Also, anyone got good ideas for fillings in wonton wrappers?
EDIT-Any vegan recipes for lamingtons as well?! thanksssss

I have a beautiful set of stainless steel pans, but everything I cook in them sticks. When it sticks it burns horribly. I just scorched a batch of pudding and that is not happy cause it was the last of my chocolate chips...
It doesn't matter if it's rice, soup, or something I am sauteeingl, EVERYTHING burns and sticks to the pans.

tempeh questions..

Hey, everyone.. I had tempeh tonight for the very first time. It came out alright, but I just had a few questions about it..

Before I threw it on the stove, I cut it up into bitesize pieces, and it became very crumbly, and it fell apart very easily. Is there any way to prevent that, or is that just how it's supposed to be? The brand I have is SoyBoy low-fat, so I don't know if that makes any difference.

Also, the marinade I used was very simple. I just mixed some teryaki sauce with ground ginger and added a little bit of water. It tasted great, but I'm trying to think of other easy and relatively healthy marinades. I don't have much in my refrigerator, so I'm probably limited to what I can do. Let's see, I have.. teryaki sauce, Braggs, BBQ sauce, red wine vinegar, Italian seasonings, ginger, cinnamon, and garlic powder. Any suggestions? (keep in mind i'm a college student with a very small kitchen space, ha.) Also, I'd prefer to use as little oil as possible.

And, hey.. while we're at it, if you have a personal favorite tempeh recipe you'd like to share, that's cool too. ;)

Thanks a lot, guys!
the coconut's on crack yo.

My boyfriend and I made some of the best vegan tacos EVER last night.

I cooked some chicken-style seitan in a chipotle-agave nectar sauce, it was fantastic. Also, some refried beans, black beans, boca crumbles in a taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and follow your heart cheddar cheese. We set it up buffet-style. We also concocted a super fresh and yummy salsa with tomatoes, cilantro, onion, green and red peppers and jalapenos. It was all delicious!
