I want to make tamales as part of a dinner party I am having on Friday (not Gordon's birthday party). I have no idea where to buy corn husks. Can anyone help--what sort of stores should I look in? I live in Europe, so that makes it a bit more difficult. Anyone? Thanks.
Oh, also, is fine corn meal/corn flour the same thing as masa harina?
i have 4 portabella mushrooms and they're going to go bad very soon. I need a really good recipe to make (maybe easy to store? I'm only one person) i've looked in the memories but nothing really popped out at me.
There's a couple of recipes I want to try which call for lemon juice, but the problem is that they measure the juice out per lemon instead of by tablespoon or cup. Which doesn't help me out one bit since I don't buy lemons, I just get that bottled juice stuff.
So does anyone know approximately how many tablespoons one lemon is equivalent to?

Has anyone got a recipe for a Yugoslavian walnut roll? I've heard it called orehnjaca, potica, or povitica.
It's basically like a sweet bread rolled up with a filling of ground nuts (my baba always used walnuts).
I've been craving this stuff waaaay too much lately, and I will invent or veganise a recipe if I really have to, but if somebody already has veganised this with any success, and could share the recipe, that would be super cool :)
