help with savoury crust making.

I'm sure a lot of you have seen Jennifer's Vegan Lunch Box.

On September 25th, she posted the Leaves & Sticks lunch.

"....maple and oak leaves made from a barley poppy seed crust and filled with roasted autumn vegetables...."

She says she's working on a cookbook so the recipe isn't available yet. I can't wait that long.

I have never been a very successful baker, and so the prospect of making these crusts and then stuffing them is a little beyond me. Does anyone have a guess on recreating these, or perhaps a crust recipe that might work equally as well?
