Wrap Fillings~

I own a small vegetarian cafe and would like some ideas on wrap fillings. We currently serve black bean, deviled tofu, mock chicken salad and Asian tempeh. I'm looking for something simple, fast and yummy. Any suggestions?

I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate your responses. I am totally overwhelmed. We are going to start having a "Wrap of the Week" beginning next week. We will be using many of the ideas that you were all kind enough to volunteer. Many of these will find their way onto our ever-changing menu. If any of you are ever in Geneseo NY, please stop by. advice on a cake....

(I know this is in the memories...just want advice on the boxed cake thing)

I'm making a packaged cake....Duncan Hines I believe. It's for a big party tonight and I do not want to mess it up. Should I use powdered egg replacer or bananas for the cake? It calls for three eggs. I want it to rise and be moist...haven't had any luck with that yet.
