Tahini

I bought a can of Yehuda Tahina and I don't really know what to do with it. I have only eaten tahini once (on a falafel pita). The label says serve cold or room temperature so would I just use it straight from the can? The ingredients are: Water, Tahina (Seseme Seed Paste), Cooked Chickpeas, Salt, Citric Acid, Garlic, Edible Starch. Is this what I would use in recipes that call for tehini?

Freezing stew?

I just made a very very large pot of bean stew and now I have nothing to do with it. I am the only person I know (except my sister who is 9 miles away) who eats bean stews...so yeah.

How do I freeze stew? Do I just stick it in containers and put it in the freezer or do I need to do something special to it first? I would like for it to make it to Thanksgiving so I can take my sister some.

Otherwise can I mail stew?

Or does someone living in central texas wanna come over for dinner? :D
