I'm looking for a vegan recipe for chocolate "crinkle" cookies. They're little, soft chocolate drop cookies that're really moist and almost brownie-like on the inside and covered in powdered sugar on the outside.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about/have a recipe for these? My ex made them last year, but when he moved out, so did the recipe. :o(
I'm hoping to bring these in to work next week and prove to my non-vegan coworkers that vegan food can be YUMMY, dammit! :)
1 tsp minced ginger 2 cloves minced garlic 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 c minced onion carrots to taste red pepper to taste cauliflower to taste broccoli to taste juice of two oranges 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 tbsp water 1 cup broth or water sugar to taste sesame oil vegetable oil tofu or fake chicken tenders prepared rice sesame seeds or gomashio
I fell in love with the Boca chicken patties when they became vegan. Now I'm sick of them and I have one or two boxes in my freezer. Now I'm looking for some ideas of how to use these besides the whole sandwich idea. How do you use your fake chicken patties? Someone has to have some yummy ideas.
