How to wow them with vegetables

Here's a little something to celebrate the glory of our new winter farmers market:

Tahini Dressing?

I love the "Annie's" brand "Goddess Dressing," but I only get it as a treat because that stuff is ridiculously expensive (around here, anyway) for how tiny the bottle is and how fast I go through it. SO! Before I look at the ingredients list and add random amounts of everything together, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good-- even better than store-bought!-- tahini dressing recipe that I could mix up. I'm all about making stuff myself, especially foooooods! Woo. I want something thick, because I usually just dip raw vegetables in it.

Also, if I mixed it up and stored it in a quart jar or something, how long do you think it would keep in the fridge?
