raspberry blackout cake

Does anyone have a recipe for the "raspberry blackout cake w/ganache frosting"? I know I saw it in the Vegan with a Vengeance book and I want to make it for my friend tomorrow, but I can't find the darn book for the life of me! Even if it's not the exact recipe, some other type of cake similar to it, perhaps?

PS: Another thing: Are there any Korean vegans on this community? If there are, I'd love to hear of any korean dishes made vegan. (So many are made with meat, meat broths, eggs, fish, and etc. :( )

baking flavoured tofu

I just bought some pesto flavoured tofu (ingredients include pine nuts, walnuts, basil, garlic) because it looked interesting and the store i was at didn't have any flavored baked tofu for the salad we're making.

so i'm thinking i'd like to bake it, but all of the other times i've baked tofu it's involved a strongly flavoured marinade, if i used this package that way i'm sure it would detract from the already added flavors.

so any suggestions? i'm thinking that if i just baked it without a marinade it would get a bit too dry.
