My moms friend brought me over a jar of beet relish. I have no clue what to do with it. Anyone have an idea about what to eat it with?
In my organic produce box I received a black spanish radish. The thing is huge and damn ugly! I have no idea what to do with it. A google search seems to indicate that I can use it like I would use a daikon radish, but I usually pickle my daikons and eat them with sushi or Korean recipes. Any ideas for using a black spanish radish?? It's one ugly veggie!
