I threw this together one day when I had no idea what to make for dinner, and it's now one of my favorites! Not only is it delicious and filling, but it's high-protein thanks to TVP and kidney beans. It also looks fabulous when served--full of fresh color and seasonings.
I never measure anything out so these measurements are guesses--of course you can dump in as much or as little of each ingredient as you like to best suit your own tastes.
