One of my unbeatable comfort foods is sweetcorn, but it never occurred to me to do anything with it except add 'butter' - until today. My mum's partner made us roast cobs with a little lime rubbed on, and they were deeelicious :) a sort of sweet-and-sour flavour.

So on that theme, does anyone have any favourite sweetcorn recipes?
