One of my unbeatable comfort foods is sweetcorn, but it never occurred to me to do anything with it except add 'butter' - until today. My mum's partner made us roast cobs with a little lime rubbed on, and they were deeelicious :) a sort of sweet-and-sour flavour.

So on that theme, does anyone have any favourite sweetcorn recipes?

Freezing your own vegetables/fruit...

Okay, to piggy back off the last poster who asked about frozen vegetables...

Do any of you have any experience with freezing your own vegetables and fruits? Any special techniques? Are any unable to be frozen without severe damage? What is best to freeze them in? Do you have to cook the vegetables before freezing?
