cheesecake help

So im making a cheesecake, and it calls for soy yogurt to be part of the frosting. Where i live its hard to access tofu let alone something like that....i was wondering if you have any suggestions as to what i could use instead.. I want it to be sweet and not fruity... 


Alternatively i could make the cheesecake tonight and go out to another supermarket and get the yogurt to  frost it with tomorrow...would it be chillled enough to eat that night?
