help - making a cake from cupcake recipe?

I finally got Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World!  Yay.

I haven't had a chance to make any of the cupcakes yet.  But tomorrow is my husband's birthday, and I was hoping to use the  basic  chocolate cupcake recipe but make an actual cake from it rather than cupcakes.  Has anyone done this?  The cupcakes are supposed to cook for 18 to 20 minutes at 350 - so I'd guess 25 or so then in cake form?  Does that sound right?  Anything else I need to change?

cilantro

hi,
recently i took a hair test and it turns out i've got A LOT of copper in my poor poor hair, and it's been messing things up pretty bad. my doctor told me to eat a lot of cilantro, because it's supposed to help. so, finally, my question.

could anyone tell me some easy, fantastic recipes that use a lot of cilantro??

Spinach-Zucchini Pesto

I thank another poster for inspiring this recipe. It's basically hers, but makes a darn good pesto, so I thought I'd post it. Thanks!

Spinach-Zucchini Pesto
Sautee over low heat
3 green onions, chopped
1 clove minced garlic

Blend in food processor
above garlic and onions
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup pine nuts
1 grated zucchini
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups lossely packed fresh spinach
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (about 4 sun-dried tomatoes)

Favorite muffins?

What is your favorite muffin? I have a breakfast meeting at school Thursday morning (we are making waffles). I was going to make vegan waffle batter the night before and refrigerate it to bring with and share. I also wanted to make muffins but I do not know what a favorite muffin is? Lemon Poppy Seed? Blueberry? Pumpkin? Banana? I make them all the time but I can't decide right now. What kind do people generally like?

Bean Thread Noodles

I purchased a package of bean thread noodles a couple of weeks ago, and recently found them in my pantry. I honestly don't know what the hell to do with them. I guess I could just put stir fried veggies or something on them, but I would like to try some sort of traditional-ish Japanese dish with them (I think they are Japanese O_o)
Anyway, any recipe suggestions? I tried Google, but that just told me how to cook it. Any help is very much appreciated!
