Red curry help?

I've been wanting to make a red curry for ages. i've only ever had them made for me.

I've got the following ingredients
carrots
fennel
snow peas
red capsicum
mushrooms
broccoli
baby corn
bok choy
tofu
red curry paste
coconut milk.

i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction as to a general method of cooking it. (what to add first and how long to generally cook that through etc)
