Hi everyone! I have 2 questions:

Does anyone have any good recipes that call for setain? I am thinking maybe like a casserole or something? We love setain but currently only just eat it with gravy on mashed potatoes.

Also every time we make muffins they seem to come out pretty dense...We just made blue berry muffins and they were a total flop. :( I have eaten really good vegan muffins before so i know it is possible...i want big fat fluffy ones.
