hello everyone!
i want to make my own veggie burgers, i know its a pretty simple concept but i'm new. i didnt see any tags for this previously but perhaps i didnt look hard enough, apologies if this is redundant. also i'm looking for some baked fruit recepies for breakfast, as i've never baked fruit by itself before. i dont know how hot to heat the oven, or which fruits will bake well and which will not etc. much thanks for any help-

Sweet Potato Brownies (no chocolate of any sort)

Sweet potato Brownies

1/2 cup margerine
2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 egg replacer (tried banana, but it's way too moist that way. ener-g works well.)
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbs icing sugar
extra sugar and oil to grease with

Preheat oven to 300.
Grease a 9x9 pan with sugar. ( literally oil it then pour sugar in for a nice crispy, sweet outside)
Mix it all together except for the icing sugar. There's probably an order, but it can't be that important 'cause I always make it up. Now pour it in a baking pan. Bake it for an hour or more or until your knife comes out clean if you're into that sort of thing. Sprinkle the icing sugar on top. Let cool on pan for five minutes. Don't burn your mouth.

They sound terrible, they look boring, but they never last more than a few minutes at any party.

vegan uses for pudding mix?

I'm a pretty new vegan, and I just found a box of organic butterscotch pudding mix in my cabinet. I'm pretty sure pudding won't form with soymilk (if I'm wrong, that would be GREAT). Is there anything I can mix it with to make a pie filling or pudding or whatever? (I just remember from my lacto- ova- days that it was yummy, so I'm trying to not waste it).

Burgers/Patties and similar

I'm looking for a recipe for some good burgers or patties. I know many stores carrie lots of vegan/vegetarian options, but I am allergic to a series of ingredients most commonly found in them (peppers, mushrooms, soy and gluten) and was wondering if any of you have a good recipe to recommened. I've tried making my own ones from scratch before, using legumes, gluten-free flour and spinach. However, I was never successful in getting the right consistency- so they always turned out to be more like "meat"balls than burgers. So I just thought I'd check here to see if anyone has any good recipes to pass along to help me mix things up a little! Thanks!
