What's a good vegan alternative to sugar? I want to start experimenting with a lot of baking, but simultaneously cut down on my sugar intake. What's a healthy sweetener I can use? What do you guys use? Thanks.
I have about a pound of soaked chickpeas (I was going to use them for a recipe but then I realized I needed another bean..). Any suggestions at to what I can do with them? I checked the memories but the recipes there didn't call for the beans to be soaked.. Thanks!
