Pumpkin Spice Muffins...

Here's one for the fall season...

Pumpkin Spice Muffins (Vegan)

These fat-free muffins are moist and delicious. Makes 10 to 12 muffins.

2 cups whole wheat or whole wheat pastry flour
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 15-ounce can solid-pack pumpkin
½ cup raisins (if you don't like raisins substitute in a half cup of chopped walnuts)
