I recently bought a bag of brown rice miso to make Chickpea Noodle Soup from Veganomicon because I had a cold. Now, my cold is gone as is the chickpea noodle soup, but I'm left with a couple cups full of brown rice miso. I'm moving back to the US (from Germany) in about three weeks and don't want to waste all of it, but I don't really know what to do with it. Ideas?
I looked in the memories for ideas but I'm not all that familiar with miso and am not sure if brown rice miso would work much different than other types.
