I'm looking for a marinade recipe (or something to use on/over tofu/tempeh) that involved Bragg's liquid aminos (other than only itself). Does anyone have any favorites? Super double points if I could use the same thing on the rest of the family's chicken!
I am intrigued by german food. I had a vegetarian schnitzel recently and i want to try and veganize it, and anything else german that sounds interesting. The restaurant I went to had delicious looking food in general and I'd love to veganize any of it. The thing is I know very little about it, I'm not german by heritage, I never had german food in my pre-vegan days, and I'm not about to go trying any more non-vegan german food to try and reproduce it.
There's not much in the tags. Does anyone out there have any experience veganizing german recipes, or know of any online? I can only find vegetarian recipes (lots of dairy and egg) and I want vegan.
Hi gang, I'm going to take a stab at an old family recipe but it calls for a consommé base. Is there anything I can add or do to veggie stock to give it a more similar flavor? Braggs maybe? Or is there a vegan consommé somewhere that I'm not finding?
