Cacoa nibs recipes and miso recommendations

I bought a package of cacao nibs to make a raw chocolate pecan coconut torte (which was AMAZING, thanks to the poster here on vegancooking/veganpeople that contributed the recipe), but I don't think I'll be making the torte again with the nibs in it. Does anyone have any ideas as to what else I could use them in?

On an unrelated note, my body has come to hate soy with a fervent passion. Problem is, I like making miso-involved cheezes and have run out of miso - I've heard of chickpea and barley based ones, but does anyone have any brand recommendations?
