I don't usually buy meat analogs, but recently decided we need some tacos around here. Some vegan friends of ours used these ground "meat" crumbles before in tacos when we were over for dinner, and they were pretty good! Sooo I picked up some Yves ground today (since Quorn had eggs in it.. wtf..) but I'm not sure what to put on it, seasoning wise, to get the taco flavor. What would you recommend? Note, my girlfriend and I are not huge into spicy things. A little spice is good, but we're more into "mild." ;)
