Recently I bought a little thing of wheatgrass in a pot to try it out. Well, I walked into my bedroom today and it's started to grow like crazy. I have no idea what to do with all of this wheatgrass. Any ideas?
Please no smoothie recipes and I don't have a juicer.
So I have some fresh cilantro, mint, and basil (very little basil) in my fridge. Any ideas on how to use them before they go bad? A warning upfront- fruit is pretty much out of the question for me, except blueberries, raspberries, and bananas.

Does anyone have a kosher for passover Matzoh ball recipe that doesn't have soy or wheat (aside from the matzoh itself)? I've found several vegan recipes (looking through the tags and on the internets) but they all seem to have one or the other.
Also, any vegan kosher-for-passover desert recipes?
